On February 28, at Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School, the Department of Education and Training held the final round of the city-level English debating competition for high school students for the 2025-2026 academic year.

In the days leading up to the Tet, the schoolyard of Tran Hung Dao Secondary School (A Luoi 3 Commune, Hue City) became vibrant and warm as teachers and students joined hands to organize a Traditional Tet Experience Day.

On the afternoon of February 10th, the Department of Education and Training organized the preliminary round for the city-level “Secondary English Debate Competition” to select outstanding students for the 2025-2026 school year at Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School.

On the afternoon of February 4th, Member of the Party Central Committee and Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Dinh Trung inspected the progress of investment and construction of boarding inter-level schools (primary and lower secondary) in the communes of A Luoi 3 and A Luoi 4, as well as visited and extended Lunar New Year greetings to families of meritorious persons and exemplary relatives of fallen contributors in the communes of A Luoi.

On January 31, FPT Hue Primary, Secondary, and High School held the Open STEM Day 2026. The large-scale education and technology event, held for the first time in Hue, marked a significant step forward in promoting STEM education, artificial intelligence (AI), and digital transformation in general education.

On the afternoon of January 31st, the Department of Education and Training (DOET) organized the preliminary round to select outstanding students for the City-level English Debate Competition for High school students in the 2025-2026 academic year, held at Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School.

On January 24th, at Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School, Hue City Department of Education and Training (DOET) organized the Secondary School Science and Engineering Competition for the 2025-2026 academic year.

On the afternoon of January 12th, at Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School, Hue City People’s Committee, in coordination with Vietnam National Industry and Energy Group (Petrovietnam), held an inauguration ceremony for a STEM Labs under the STEM Innovation Petrovietnam Program. Attending the event were Mr. Pham Duc Tien - Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, and Mr. Tran Huu Thuy Giang - Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee.

On the morning of December 18th, in A Luoi 2 Commune, Hue City Center for Disease Control (CDC Hue) held the award ceremony for the Tobacco Harm Prevention (THP) Contest for students from secondary schools in A Luoi area. The program is part of the Tobacco Harm Prevention plan for the 2025 - 2026 period and is funded by the Tobacco Harm Prevention Fund under the Ministry of Health.

Over 200 students from secondary schools in Thuan Hoa Ward (Hue City) took part in an educational event promoting knowledge about the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh, as well as communication activities related to the 2025 Family Development Strategy.
