The program attracted 300 female students from grades 6 to 9, featuring a variety of activities such as tug-of-war, sack relay races, basketball shooting, and group rope jumping. Beyond the competitions, participants engaged in interactive activity stations such as overcoming soft obstacles, balance challenges, target throwing, relay ball passing, rhythmic rope jumping, color and number reaction games, and message-building activities designed to promote physical fitness.

The festival was held to create a healthy and engaging playground, helping to inspire greater participation in physical exercise among female students, while also raising awareness among students, parents, and teachers about the role of sports in enhancing health, building confidence, and supporting the holistic development of girls.

According to Ms. Nguyen Thi Dieu Trang, Principal of Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School, sports and physical activities play a vital role for female students aged 11 to 15, not only in improving physical health but also in developing life skills, strengthening resilience, and fostering a positive lifestyle.

On this occasion, Vietnam Institute of Educational Sciences also organized a similar festival for female students at Tran Hung Dao Secondary School in A Luoi 3 Commune.
