The 5th national startup festival for students 2023 was held at Hue University on March 25 and 26. With large scale of organization, the festival this year will consisted of various important activities and Hue University was ready for each one.

Choosing either a river, a body of water, or just a village, the authors, with their own memories, provide readers with a unique yet familiar view of Hue. In their writings, the beauties of the heritage, the culture, and the people are exploited skillfully in soft writing styles and with interesting facts.

With 143 households living in facade areas and alleys, 75 of which are businesses and individual business households, and nearly 900 cars and motorbikes, Hue City People's Committee is implementing the plans to separate traffic flow, arrange the parking and develop business sidewalk rental in Hai Ba Trung Pedestrian Street.
