Cultural Reading Ambassador Contest 2025 accepting entries until mid-June

HNN.VN - The organizing committee of the Cultural Reading Ambassador Contest 2025 announced on March 19th that the preliminary round will accept submissions from now until June 15th.

Entries should be submitted to Hue City General Library, 29A Le Quy Don Street, Phu Hoi Ward, Thuan Hoa District. After the preliminary round in Hue, the best entries - those awarded First Prize or higher - will be sent to the Department of Libraries under the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism for the national final round in Hanoi.

The Cultural Reading Ambassador Contest 2025 aims to spark a love and passion for reading among children and young adults. By promoting the reading movement among the young generation, the contest helps to form reading habits and skills for them to encourage a reading culture in schools and the community.

The contest highlights the importance of reading culture in enhancing knowledge and education. It plays a vital role in helping students access information and knowledge, develop critical thinking and creativity, and nurture their character, soul, and proper lifestyle. The contest also contributes to building a learning society, inspiring the desire of contribution and development for the homeland, as well as building a set of Hue cultural values, and Hue people.

Participants in the preliminary round will complete a set of questions. Schools will collect and evaluate the entries, selecting the best submissions to compete at the city and national levels. The preliminary round will conclude with an award ceremony for both individual and group achievements.
