On September 14th, Vietnam Buddhist Academy in Hue inaugurated and opened the Digital Archive and Exhibition Room at its Campus 1 (Hong Duc Pagoda, 109 Minh Mang Street, Thuy Xuan Ward).

On the afternoon of September 10, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism, in collaboration with Hue City People's Committee, organized the opening ceremony of the 3rd Vietnam International Photography Festival in 2025. On the morning of September 5, Hue University held the opening ceremony of the academic year 2025 - 2026, welcoming 15,000 new students who have been admitted to its full-time undergraduate programs.

On the morning of September 4, the opening ceremonies of three major international events, including the 19th International Travel Expo Ho Chi Minh City (ITE HCMC), Export Conference 2025, and the event “Connecting International Goods Supply Chain” officially took place at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC). Hue participated in the event with the joint stall of three localities Quang Tri - Hue - Danang.

To ensure good preparation for the Opening Ceremony of the academic year 2025 - 2026, linked to the 80th Anniversary Ceremony of the Traditional Day of Education sector, held online nationwide on the morning of September 5, the Department of Education and Training (DoET) established inspection teams on September 4. These teams were tasked with assessing the preparation and guiding the organization of the new academic year's opening ceremony at educational institutions across the city.

The 1st Hue City Pickleball Clubs Open Championship - 2025, competing for the Huda Cup, kicked off on the morning of August 30th at Louis Pickleball Court (Hoang Quoc Viet Street - An Cuu Ward).

On the afternoon of August 28th, at Nguyen Dinh Chieu pedestrian path (Thuan Hoa Ward), Hue City Farmers’ Association held the opening of the 2025 Agricultural Fair to introduce and promote outstanding agricultural products, OCOP products, and local specialties to residents and visitors.
