On the morning of March 20, at Phu An Secondary School, Hue City Association for the Protection of Children’s Rights, in coordination with the Department of Culture and Sports, organized the “Happiness for Children” communication program in response to the International Day of Happiness. In the joyful atmosphere of the national election day, from early morning members of the Standing Committee of Hue City Party Committee went directly to polling areas to exercise their civic rights and responsibilities, while also inspecting and monitoring the organization of the election across the city.
