On the afternoon of February 2, the People's Committee of Thuan Hoa District organized the closing ceremony of the At Ty (the Year of the Snake) Spring Festival 2025. Attendees included leaders from Phu Xuan and Thuan Hoa districts, as well as artisans participating in the Spring Festival.

This was one of the highlights shared at a conference summarizing activities in 2024 and deploying tasks in 2025 of Hue City Hotel Association, which took place on the late afternoon of January 10. Attending the conference were leaders of departments, agencies of Hue City, Vietnam Tourism Association, and Hue City Tourism Association.

Within the closing ceremony of the Visit Vietnam Year - Dien Bien 2024 on the evening of December 22, Deputy Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Ho An Phong and the leaders of Dien Bien Province handed over the flag to Thua Thien Hue Province to host the Visit Vietnam Year 2025.

On the afternoon of November 15, the leadership of Hue Central Hospital shared that its medical team successfully saved the life of a newborn with severe jaundice and hemolysis thanks to early diagnosis and a blood exchange transfusion procedure.

On October 30, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee, had a courtesy meeting and discussion with Ms. Alexandra Elizabeth Smith, Consul General of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland in Vietnam. On the afternoon of October 18th, the Provincial People’s Committee held a ceremony to summarize and present the 1st Hue Ancient Capital Women’s Creativity Award (2024) to 15 authors and group of authors who are the leaders of excellent works/groups of works of award-winning caliber.

On October 11, representatives of the Hue Museum of Fine Arts’s leaders informed that after their meeting, the Art Collection Appraisal Council of the museum reached a consensus to suggest the Provincial People’s Committee to collect 4 artworks in 2024.

On the afternoon of October 10, the Provincial People’s Committee had a meeting with businesses to celebrate Vietnamese Entrepreneurs' Day. The event was chaired by the Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Phuong, and it also had the participation of leaders from related departments, industries, and units, as well as nearly 300 local businesses.

On the afternoon of September 4th, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Van Phuong, held a meeting with the leaders of Viet Personal Mobility Co., Ltd. (PM). The discussion centered on green transportation and the "Clean & Green Smart Hue City" project.
