Among the series of projects that have been broken ground, commenced, and completed to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the City's Liberation Day (March 26, 1975 - March 26, 2025), and the 95th anniversary of the founding of Hue City Party Committee (April 1930 - April 2025), perhaps the technical opening ceremony of the project of Nguyen Hoang Street and the bridge over the Huong River on March 26 is the most anticipated event by Hue people.

After two days of events, the first Quintessence of Vietnamese Martial Arts Festival - Hue 2025 concluded with a closing ceremony on the afternoon of March 22 at the Duyet Thi Duong Theater.

A trade connection program between Kinh Do Specialty Joint Stock Company and 20 enterprises in the City area was held on March 22. The “Hue - Mega Booming” music festival will take place at Ngo Mon Square - Hue Imperial Citadel over two nights, April 5th - 6th, 2025 (coinciding with the Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day). The event will feature many young singers, with a special highlight being the appearance of the “Anh Trai Say Hi” (Say Hi with Bros) lineup - a well-known reality TV show about music.

The image of people jogging daily on the streets and alleys of Hue has become familiar. From this widespread grassroots movement, Hue has become a destination for national-level running events.

The 6th “Hue Jogging - Running for the community” event in 2025 took place on the morning of February 16 at Phu Van Lau (Le Duan Street), attracting nearly 6,000 participants. The event featured two distances, including 5km and 10km.

Co Ha - the famous royal garden of Hue’s Imperial Capital during the Nguyen Dynasty, has almost lost its architectural traces through time and historical events. However, thanks to the collection, digitization, and analysis of archival photos, an intact Co Ha is being revealed, truly embodying the meaning of “class”.
