Behind that serene beauty lies the quiet dedication of dozens of workers who care daily for every tree and flowerbed, helping preserve the “green soul” of Hue’s heritage.

In the 2025 National High School Graduation Exam, Dau Nguyen Thai Binh, a student of the Math Major 1 class at Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted, emerged as the top-scorer in Hue City and ranked fourth nationwide. Bui Hoang Dai Duong, a 12th-grade student from Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted won a Silver Medal.

It was just another ordinary day at the Center for Nursing and Care for the Meritorious in Hue City - a place that welcomes revolution contributors, and policy beneficiaries each year. It is also a long-term home for dozens of war invalids, sick soldiers, and relatives of martyrs who have no one to rely on. The Center is currently caring for ten elderly women. Most of them live alone and have special circumstances, but here they are cared for with wholehearted attention and dedication.

On the occasion of the 78th anniversary of War Invalids and Martyrs’ Day (July 27, 1947 - July 27, 2025), a delegation from the City People’s Committee, led by Mr. Nguyen Chi Tai, Deputy Chairman of the City People’s Committee held a memorial ceremony, laid wreaths, and offered incense at Truong Son National Martyrs’ Cemetery and Road 9 National Martyrs’ Cemetery.
