On August 18, the Women’s Union of Dan Dien Commune in collaboration with Hue Hearts Fund held a ceremony to award scholarships to students overcoming difficult circumstances.

On the afternoon of August 15, Hue Newspaper and Radio - Television, in coordination with the Saigon General Clinic System, organized a scholarship award program for students who have overcome difficulties in the 2025 - 2026 academic year.

On July 22nd, at Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School, the Union of Friendship Organizations, in collaboration with the Department of Education and Training, held a ceremony to present bicycles to students facing difficult circumstances in the area.

Hue, a central region with harsh weather. The summer sun burns the skin, and the rainy season brings constant flooding, making it very difficult to grow flowers. Yet, Hue has changed a lot. Visitors returning from afar, after strolling through Hue’s streets, are often surprised and delighted, exclaiming: “Hue has so many beautiful flowers these days!”

In addition to his field assignments, Van Thang, a journalist, (from Sai Gon Giai Phong newspaper, stationed in Hue City and Quang Tri Province) is also known for his philanthropic work that have helped many people in difficult circumstances.

On June 18, Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Phu Xuan Ward (Hue City) held a program to present gifts to students overcoming difficulties to achieve excellent academic results in the 2024 - 2025 academic year.

The companionship of UNESCO and the international community has not only helped Hue’s heritage overcome difficult times but also gradually brought the preservation efforts of Hue’s heritage to reach international standards.

On the morning of June 7, the Hue City Department of Health in coordination with Vietnam Buddhist Sangha of Hue City held a scholarship awarding ceremony for typical outstanding students who have overcome difficulties in 2025.

Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Committee Hoang Hai Minh has requested relevant departments, agencies, and local authorities to continue close coordination, urge progress in implementation, and resolve difficulties and obstacles in site clearance for projects, and strive to complete the set goals in 2025.

With highly skilled personnel and modern equipment, Hue Central Hospital (HCH) has saved many difficult cases, affirming its reputation as a high-tech specialized medical center in the region.
