On the afternoon of October 9, at Thanh Nien Guest House, Tuoi Tre newspaper coordinated with Thua Thien Hue Provincial Youth Union to organize the "Tiep Suc Den Truong" scholarship awarding ceremony for 91 new students with difficult circumstances from Thua Thien Hue (82 new students) and Quang Ngai (9 new students).
