On July 29th, the Vietnam Center for the Development of Maternal and Child Health, in coordination with Hue Central Hospital, held the opening ceremony for the first-level postgraduate neonatal medicine training course based on standards from the United Kingdom. This marks an important step forward in improving the quality of neonatal care in Vietnam, particularly in underserved regions.

On November 29, at the Provincial Blind Association, the Institute for Cooperation and Development (Phu Xuan University) collaborated with Liverpool John Moores University (the UK) and Deakin University (Australia) to organize a training course on applying AI Marketing skills for people with disabilities. The program aims to support the promotion of products made by people with disabilities such as bamboo toothpicks, paper flowers, and massage services.
