On the evening of December 29, the final round of the 2025 Student Singing Contest (HUEdu Singer) took place at Hall 1 of Hue University of Education, Hue University.

On the afternoon of December 21, Hue City Department of Health organized the 2025 Child Drowning Prevention Knowledge and Skills Contest. On the evening of November 21, the city’s Union of Science and Technology Associations, in coordination with the Department of Science & Technology, Hue University, the Labor Federation, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and other related units, organized the closing ceremony and award presentation for the 15th Hue City Technical Innovation Contest 2025.

Hoang Ngoc Vinh An, a medical student, representing Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, surpassed many contestants from medical and pharmacy universities across the country to win the Second Prize in the “National Medical and Pharmacy Students’ Model Session” competition. This achievement helped Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy make a mark at the “9th National Medical Education Conference - 2025”, held at Can Tho University of Medicine and Pharmacy in early November.

After more than a month of launching, the preliminary round of 2025 Reading Culture Ambassador Contest received over 19.700 entries from 132 primary, secondary, and high schools across Hue City.

The Coast Guard Region 2 Command, in coordination with the Department of Education and Training of Hue City, the Propaganda Department, and the Mass Mobilization Committee of Hue City Party Committee, has launched an online contest titled “I Love My Homeland’s Seas and Islands” for the 2025-2026 academic year. The contest is aimed at Secondary school students from seven coastal communes and wards in Hue City.

From October 14 to 18, 2025, Chu Van An Secondary School (Vy Da Ward) in collaboration with Hue Books & Culture Club organized an exhibition and a Poster & Public Speaking Contest with the theme “Say No to School Violence” at Hue Books & Culture Space, located at 23-25 Le Loi Street, Hue City.
