On the evening of May 18, along the bank of the Huong River - section between Thuong Bac Park and Truong Tien Bridge, the third edition of the community music program “Di mo, nghe chi?” (“Where shall we go, what shall we listen to?”) took place in a romantic atmosphere, drawing large crowds of locals and visitors.

On the morning of May 17, the People’s Committee of Dan Dien Commune organized a community running race themed “Dan Dien - A tourist destination” 2026.

The 3rd HTA Group Cup Football Tournament – 2026 kicked off on the afternoon of May 7 at Green City Stadium (My Thuong Ward, Hue City). On April 26, at the Ethnic Cultural House of Khe Tre Commune, the program “Khe Tre Highland Market - First Session of 2026” took place under the theme “A Return to the Roots”, drawing large numbers of residents and visitors. This marked the second market session held by Khe Tre Commune since its administrative merger, further affirming its direction of linking economic development with the preservation and promotion of the traditional cultural values of the Co Tu ethnic community.

In Hue, the voluntary blood donation movement has continued to spread steadily, becoming a humanitarian bright spot in the community.

In response to Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21), on April 13, the Phu Xuan Ward Women's Union officially launched a reading space themed “Phu Xuan - Culture and Heritage”. The space is located at the Community Cultural House, 103 Nhat Le Street.

On the morning of April 6th, Hue city People’s Committee held the launch ceremony for the “Understanding Online Public Services on the Hue-S Platform 2026” online contest. Attending the event were Mr. Nguyen Van Manh, Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee and Head of the Organizing Committee, along with representatives of departments, agencies, localities, universities, hospitals, research institutes, and the business community in the area.

The City People's Committee has recently issued Plan No. 188/KH-UBND, dated April 2, 2026 on the development of eco-tourism and community-based tourism for the 2026 - 2027 period.
