On the morning of December 4, at Hue One Food manufacturing plant (No.1 Nguyen Van Tuyet Street, Thuan An Ward, Hue City), Hue One Food Joint Stock Company held a ceremony to release a 40-foot container, carrying about 19 tons of traditional Hue cakes, for official export to the U.S market.

During a career orientation session at Byron Nelson High School in Texas, USA, my daughter and I had the opportunity to experience an exceptionally well-organized Culinary Arts vocational training model. In the U.S. education system, students are guided toward basic career paths as soon as they enter middle school, preparing them for vocational training in high school if they choose not to pursue a university pathway.

To the tune of soothing music, models and beauty queens from many countries around the world delivered an impressive and captivating fashion show right on the stage in front of the Noon Gate, inside Hue Citadel.

Hue starts entering winter, beginning a series of long and wet rainy days. But truly, if tourists could “embrace” this Hue’s weather, they will not only fully experience all the senses with the specialty of Hue rain, but can also feel Hue more vivid and authentical in its profound and peaceful space.

On the morning of November 29, 2025, the Faculty of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University, held a Career Orientation and Job Fair 2025.

On November 28th, at the City Institute for Development Studies, Hue City Children’s Rights Protection Association organized a training session on reproductive health care skills and water safety education for its staff and members. The program is part of the Association’s 2025 activity plan and was carried out in coordination with the organization HueHelp.

On the afternoon of November 21st, the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) held a workshop titled: “Solutions to Improve the Qualifications of Research work force, Technology, and Business Management Personnel to Apply and Master High Technology and Advanced Technology in Order to Increase Productivity and Quality of Key Products in the City, Aiming toward Developing National Products”. The discussion focused on solutions to elevate Hue cajeput essential oil into a national-level product.

Hue cuisine is evolving with new “interfaces,” maintaining its traditional spirit while adapting to modern trends, particularly catering to the tastes of young people.

On the morning of November 24, Vietnam Women’s Union, in coordination with the Tobacco Harm Prevention and Control Fund and Hue City Women’s Union, organized a launching ceremony for the 2025 campaign promoting the role of families in preventing and controlling the harmful effects of tobacco, along with a training session on building “Healthy, Smoke-Free Families".
