On the morning of November 4, at the fourth thematic session of the 9th Hue City People’s Council for the 2026 - 2031 term, a resolution naming the bridge passing over Thuan An estuary Cua Thuan Bridge was approved. The name received 56.4% of votes cast by people through Hue-S application.
