On the morning of April 23rd, Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee Tran Huu Thuy Giang held a working session with Thanh Thuy Ward on the implementation of tourism and service projects in the area. On the afternoon of March 12th, the Swiss Tourism for Sustainable Development Project in Vietnam officially signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with two leading tourism training institutions in central Vietnam: the School of Hospitality and Tourism - Hue University and Hue Tourism College. Attending the signing ceremony was Member of the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee and Standing Vice Chairman of the Hue City People's Committee, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh.

On the morning of March 10, a traditional boat racing took place on a section of the Bo River passing through the Van Cu - Nam Thanh Residential Area (Kim Tra Ward). This is one of the key highlights in the series of activities of the Ba Bun Worship Ceremony, held over two days from March 9 to 10.

Kim Tra Ward Culinary Festival took place over 2 days, March 9 and 10, at the Exhibition House of the National Intangible Cultural Heritage “Van Cu Rice Noodle Craft” (Van Cu - Nam Thanh residential area), drawing the participation of a large number of residents and visitors.

Ba Bun Worship Ceremony was officially held on the morning of March 10 at Ba Bun Shrine (Van Cu - Nam Thanh residential area, Kim Tra Ward) in a solemn and reverent atmosphere. The ritual is a traditional cultural practice that embodies the Vietnamese principle of “honor the ancestors”, expressing gratitude to the forebears who founded and passed down the rice noodle-making craft to generations of residents.

On the morning of February 13, the 2026 Traditional Fishing Boat Racing, organized by Thanh Thuy Ward, took place on the Nhu Y River (at Thanh Thuy Tiled-Roof Bridge Community Tourism Site).
