According to Hue City Department of Culture and Sports, Huyen Tran Temple Festival for the Spring of Binh Ngo 2026, themed “Honoring the Ancestors - Sacred Imprints of Territorial Expansion”, will be held on the 8th and 9th days of the first lunar month of the Year of the Horse (corresponding to February 24-25, 2026) at Huyen Tran Cultural Center (151 Thien Thai Street, An Cuu Ward, Hue City).

The 4th Congress of Delegates of the Vietnam - Thailand Friendship Association of the city, for the 2025 - 2030 term, was held on December 26. A section of Hue Imperial Citadel wall collapsed after days of heavy rain and flooding. The fallen section, about 15 meters long, is located on the northern side of Hue Imperial City, next to the park along Dang Thai Than Street (Phu Xuan Ward).
