The club is a voluntary organization of yellow apricot enthusiasts. It operates under approved bylaws, complies with legal regulations, and is managed by the Ward People's Committee. The club aims to connect people with a shared passion, organizing meetings and exchanges, and activities to share experience in growing, caring for, shaping, and breeding the trees; while also participating in cultural and social activities tailored to local conditions.

The launch of the club contributes to preserving and promoting traditional cultural values associated with the image of the yellow apricot - a symbol of spring and auspicious beginnings. It not only provides a meaningful gathering place for the enthusiasts, but also fosters community solidarity and cohesion, and enriches the spiritual life of the People, aiming to build a healthy cultural lifestyle and gradually develop the economy through ornamental plants.

The establishment of the Phong Thai Yellow Apricot Club is expected to boost the movement of growing ornamental apricot trees in the area, preserve Tet cultural values, and create momentum for the ornamental economy in the locality.
