The Institute of Digital Transformation and Learning Resources - Hue University currently plays a pivotal role in launching the “AI - Digital Literacy for All” movement designed to bring technological knowledge closer to the community, particularly targeting officials, civil servants, public employees, teachers, and citizens.

To celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of the Driving Test Center (20/8/2005 - 20/5/2025), on the morning of August 19th, Hue College organized the second ever “Skilled - Safe Driving Instructor” contest. The construction of Ring Road 3 will begin in September 2025, marking a major milestone in Hue City’s urban transportation infrastructure development strategy. Far more than a conventional road project, this route is seen as a catalyst for expanding urban space, creating strategic land reserves, attracting investment, and improving quality of life for local residents.

This is considered an important legal basis to implement sub-zone planning projects, urban embellishment, and attracting strategic investment, gradually transforming the economic zone into the southern development hub of Hue City.

On the morning of May 20th, the Department of Tourism and NOL UNIVERSE Joint Stock Company from South Korea officially signed a memorandum of strategic cooperation to strengthen connections, promote tourism development, and enhance the distinctive value of Hue City as a destination.
