Hue University of Medicine and Pharmacy Hospital has successfully applied a modified Stoppa surgical approach combined with personalized 3D printing technology to treat an acetabular fracture in a 68-year-old patient who suffered severe multiple injuries after a traffic accident. This was a complex surgery, marking an important advancement in managing pelvic injuries and opening opportunities to apply new techniques to improve treatment quality for patients.

On the afternoon of June 6, the Board of Directors of Hue Central Hospital held a discharge ceremony to celebrate the success of a liver transplant case. On the afternoon of December 26, the Pediatric Center of Hue Central Hospital held a discharge ceremony for patient Pham H. V., 10 years old (from Quang Binh). The patient had sepsis, multiple organ failure, and acute respiratory distress syndrome due to severe pneumonia.
