The distribution took place directly at the People’s Committees of various communes and wards, including Huong An, Phong Thai, Phong Phu, Phong Dinh, Phu Xuan, Hoa Chau, Kim Long, and Phu Ho. The total budget for this round of support is 1 billion VND. Local authorities organized the distribution at the headquarters of the commune/ward People’s Committees, divided into time slots throughout the day to make it convenient for residents to come and receive the aid.

Leaders of Hue City Red Cross stated that in addition to providing direct assistance to residents, the program was also held to spread a spirit of solidarity and sharing within the community. The timely involvement of the Central Red Cross and the city demonstrated social responsibility and helped strengthen the confidence in public to rebuild their lives after the disaster.
