To create a joyful and vibrant atmosphere before, during, and after the Lunar New Year of the Horse (Binh Ngo) 2026, Thuan Hoa Ward will organize the Thuan Hoa Spring Festival Binh Ngo 2026 at Hue Book and Culture Space (23 - 25 Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward). The program, themed “Dung dang dung de - Welcoming Spring in joy and good health”, will take place on February 1.

On the morning of January 22, Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Hoang Hai Minh, together with leaders of relevant departments and agencies, held a working session with a delegation from the Lao People’s Democratic Republic and representatives of Luxembourg Development Cooperation.

Amid the rhythm of life in Hue, Ca Dao Dance Troupe stands as one of the few collectives that have steadfastly pursued a professional path in dance, contributing to the enrichment of Hue Imperial Citadel’s contemporary artistic life. Leading the Ca Dao Dance Troupe for over 11 years is Ms. Dang Nu Hoang Quyen (born in 1980), a choreographer who also serves as a lecturer in the Faculty of Political Theory at the University of Sciences, Hue University.

On those days, visitors to Diem Phung Thi Art Space (No. 17 Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward) can easily bump into the exhibition space titled “A Luoi Traditional Cultural Identity”.

That was the theme of the discussion held by Hue Architects Association in collaboration with other related agencies on the afternoon of December 16 at the Book Space and Reading Culture (No. 23 - 25 Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward).

A large number of photographic and documentary materials highlighting the special relationship between President Ho Chi Minh and General Nguyen Chi Thanh were exhibited and introduced to the public on the morning of December 12th at Ho Chi Minh Museum of Hue City (No. 7 Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward).

Dozens of paintings, considered rare treasures by generations of Hue’s renowned artists, have just been unveiled to the public. These works are now displayed at Lebadang Art Space of the Hue Museum of Fine Arts (No.15 Le Loi Street, Thuan Hoa Ward). The 75 pieces showcased in this exhibition belong to an art collection that the Museum has patiently and devotedly gathered over many years.

On the afternoon of December 2, Mr. Hoang Hai Minh, Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee, held an official meeting with ISET organization (The U.S), led by Mr. Michael Szönyi, Director of the Climate Resilience Alliance, Z. Zurich Foundation, and Ms. Karen Mac Clune, Executive Director of ISET in the U.S.

Images of President Ho Chi Minh during his revolutionary activities in China were presented at the exhibition “The Revolutionary Path - Comrade Ho Chi Minh in China”, organized by Ho Chi Minh Museum in coordination with Ho Chi Minh Museum of Hue City. The exhibition opened on the afternoon of November 26th at No. 7 Le Loi Street (Thuan Hoa Ward).

Through the series of photos taken by the groups of photographers, including Truong Vung, Thang Phan, Bao Chau, and Le Hoang, the Photo Corner of Hue Today Weekly would like to convey the message “The floods have passed, but human compassion remains”.
