On October 25 in Hue City, Vietnam Football Federation (VFF), in coordination with Hue Football Association, launched the Phase 2 of AFC/VFF A-Level Football Coaching Course. The course aims to enhance the professional expertise of football coaches nationwide.

On July 29th, the Vietnam Center for the Development of Maternal and Child Health, in coordination with Hue Central Hospital, held the opening ceremony for the first-level postgraduate neonatal medicine training course based on standards from the United Kingdom. On October 30, the Provincial Center for Youth Activities organized a handover ceremony for the small-scale project “Improving Educational Environment to Support the Healthy Development of Children and Youth in Thua Thien Hue Province”.
