In 2023, from five to eight publications will be published for Hue Bookcase; and from seven to ten publications will be proposed to the publishing plan for Hue Bookcase in 2024. This information was announced on March 23 by the Provincial People's Committee, relating to the plan of "Establishing and developing Hue Bookcase" in 2023.

With an aim to add more documents, photos and valuable resources of books to Tang Tho Lau (Archive Pavilion), Hue Monuments Conservation Center launched a ceremony to donate and receive documents and books, etc., with the theme “The Imprint of Tang Tho Lau in Our Mind”.

At the ward of Kim Long, a garden has become a gathering place for farmers who love organic farming. Farming together and giving each other instructions for how to grow and care for clean vegetables, they created Kim Long Community Garden (Hue city) as a destination for people to visit, purchase clean vegetables and learn about eco-friendly vegetable farming.

Sunday Handicraft & Art is an activity organized by Legend of Hue and craft units on March 19 at Hue Innovation Hub (53 Nguyen Hue Str., Hue City).

This contest is organized by Hue Monuments Conservation Center in collaboration with the People's Committee of Hue City, with the aim to explore creative ideas of public architecture (for pedestrians) from Nguyen Hoang bus station to Hue Imperial City area.

From March 25-31, Vietnamese Zen Poetry Week will take place in Hue. The event is organized by Lieu Quan Buddhist Cultural Center, Hue Monuments Conservation Center, and Tam Viet cultural research group.
