From March 25-31, Vietnamese Zen Poetry Week will take place in Hue. The event is organized by Lieu Quan Buddhist Cultural Center, Hue Monuments Conservation Center, and Tam Viet cultural research group.

In order to create a connection and to balance the nightlife and entertainment activities in Hue city and to form an attractive nightlife tourism product to serve locals and tourists, Hue will soon open a pedestrian street at Hai Ba Trung Street in Vinh Ninh Ward. After the photo exhibition “Trinh Cong Son - Meeting you again for first time” at Lan Vien Co Tich – the Huong River Museum of Antique Pottery (at 120 Nguyen Phuc Nguyen Street, Hue City) finished on March 14, it continues to be displayed at the Center for Culture, Information and Sports of Hue city (23-25 Le Loi street).

On the afternoon of March 16, a ceremony to award scholarships to students of Hue University, sponsored by the Japan Business Federation (KEIDANREN) and the Japanese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (JCCI) in Vietnam, took place at Hue University.

On the morning of March 16, Hue City People’s Committee held a ceremony to receive the sponsorship for Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2023. Attending the ceremony were Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee Vo Le Nhat, city leaders and representatives of the sponsor - Carlsberg Vietnam Breweries Co., Ltd - Huda Beer brand.

Organized by the French Institute in Hue in collaboration with the Faculty of Visual Arts, College of Arts, Hue University, an art exhibition named "Flow" opened on the afternoon of March 15 at the French Institute in Hue.

With 143 households living in facade areas and alleys, 75 of which are businesses and individual business households, and nearly 900 cars and motorbikes, Hue City People's Committee is implementing the plans to separate traffic flow, arrange the parking and develop business sidewalk rental in Hai Ba Trung Pedestrian Street.

According to the People's Committee of Hue City, the city will invest more than 26 billion VND in 2023 to restore and embellish four communal houses in the city area, in order to preserve and promote the values of historical and cultural relics.

Following the success of previous 8 events from 2005 up to now and implementing the project of the Four-Season Festival, Hue city People’s Committee continues to organize the 9th Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2023 with the theme “Essence of Vietnamese Craft” from April 28 to May 5, 2023.

The Cay Mai ceramics (of an ancient pottery line) has long been appreciated for its meticulousness and sophistication. The products of this pottery line have still been present in the imperial Citadel and the royal residences in Hue, attracting the attention of lovers.
