With the efforts of local authorities, the Government as well as international organizations, after 30 years of being honored as a world heritage site by UNESCO, the Complex of Hue Monuments has gradually recovered its original appearance and is in its phase of stability, development and value promotion.

The 1st National Student Taekwondo Championship will be held right on Hue land, scheduled from March 24 to 28, by the Vietnam Taekwondo Federation in coordination with the Ministry of Education and Training. The championship especially has both movement and advanced systems. This is the first time the championship has been held on a national scale, and Hue is the first host province

Being well-known as the most beautiful and dangerous pass in Vietnam, Hai Van Pass is located on the border between Thua Thien Hue Province and Da Nang City.

Hai Van Gate is known as "world’s most majestic gate", located at an altitude of nearly 500m right at the top of Hai Van Pass. The ideas for designing a pedestrian bridge over Hộ thành hào (Citadel Protection Dike) connecting Thượng thành (Upper Citadel) have just been announced by the Hue Monuments Conservation Center. What many people are interested in is whether or not the idea of building a bridge is feasible and affects the heritage.

In response to the changing tourist demands, travel companies and community destinations in Hue have created a variety of experiences for tourists, as well as concentrating on ensuring safety at tourist destinations of streams, waterfalls, seas and lagoons.

The groundbreaking ceremony was organized by Hue Monuments Conservation Center on the morning of June 13. The project belongs to the complex of relics of Emperor Thieu Tri's tomb in Thuy Bang Commune, Hue City.
