The Shuttlecock Kicking Tournament of the 10th Hue City Sports Festival (2025–2026) opened on the morning of October 15 at Canh Buom Sport Hall (100 Pham Van Dong Street), bringing together 51 athletes from Hue University, Binh Dien Commune, Phu Xuan Ward, and Phu Bai Ward to compete.

Although hundreds of thousands of pages of Han - Nom documents have been saved, many others in the community are still deteriorating, damaged, or lost for various reasons. Nguyen Luong Ngoc Khanh (stage name Mr. Boomba) is one of the distinctive names in Hue's music scene today. He is both a monochord artist associated with Hue Chamber Music Club, and a music producer in the hiphop and underground music community in Vietnam.

Late in the afternoon of November 13, Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Chi Dung visited and encouraged households affected by the recent floods in Huong Thuy Ward, Hue City.
