Under the approved planning, Tu Ha Industrial Park covers 126.7 hectares. The Phase 1 Tu Ha Industrial Park infrastructure construction and business investment project covers about 37.6 hectares. To date, the project has attracted 14 secondary investment projects, with an occupancy rate of about 81%; of these, 11 projects are already operational, creating jobs for approximately 4,000 workers.

Mr. Le Tri Thanh agreed in principle to continue studying the expansion of Tu Ha Industrial Park to meet investment attraction and industrial development needs in the new period.

“Expansion must go hand in hand with improving infrastructure quality. Investors need to prioritize planting greenery, completing the transport system, and investing synchronously in the drainage system, ensuring landscape, environment, and long-term operating conditions of enterprises,” emphasized Mr. Le Tri Thanh.
