On July 17, in Hue City, the Vietnam Institute of Culture, Arts, Sports and Tourism held the opening ceremony for its K31 (2025 - 2028) doctoral course in the Central region. This is the Institute’s first doctoral training course held in the Central region.

Hue City to Provide Free Textbooks to Students from the 2026-2027 Academic Year
