On June 29, a cultural exchange activity between Hue City and the cultural tourism delegation of Nanning (Nam Ninh) City (China) took place at Duyen Thi Duong Theater. This event marked the beginning of China - ASEAN cultural exchange program 2025 in Vietnam.

On June 25, Vice Chairmen of Hue City People’s Committee, including Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Mr. Nguyen Chi Tai, and Mr. Hoang Hai Minh, conducted field inspections and working sessions with local authorities regarding preparations and operation of the two-level local government model. Leaders from relevant departments and sectors also attended the working sessions.

This is the theme of a talk aimed at spreading the cultural and spiritual values of the nation through poetry in the legacy of Emperor-Monk Tran Nhan Tong, presented interestingly by Mr. Nhat Chieu, the speaker and researcher. The event was co-organized by Legacy Brand, Hue Book and Culture Space, Tri Thuc Viet, and Lua Decor on Sunday morning (June 29) at Hue Book and Culture Space (at 23-25 Le Loi Street, Hue City).

On the afternoon of June 27, the Department of Science and Technology, in collaboration with the project “Hue - A City to Reduce Plastics in Central Vietnam” under the World Wide Fund For Nature (WWF - Vietnam), organized the closing ceremony and awards presentation for the “Making Hue Cleaner” Contest on the Hue-S digital platform in 2025.

On June 26th, Hue City Union of Science and Technology Associations, in coordination with Vietnam Union of Science and Technology Associations, hosted a conference titled “From Resolution No. 45-NQ/TW, dated November 24th, 2023, of the Party Central Committee to the implementation of Resolution No. 54-NQ/TW, dated December 10th, 2019, of the Politburo on the construction and development of Hue City in the new era.”

The 2025 National Karate Championship kicked off on the morning of June 26 at the Central Sports Arena in Hue City. The championship aims to select outstanding athletes to prepare the next generation for the 33rd SEA Games, ASIAD, and Olympics.

On the morning of June 25, Hue City Labor Federation held a conference to review the campaign “Building Close-knit Families, Prosperous, Progressive, Happy, and Civilized Workers in Hue City” and commend outstanding families in the period of 2021 - 2025.

For the first time, the High School Graduation Exam is being conducted under two general education curricula: the 2006 and 2018 curricula, posing significant challenges in organization and operation. As of June 24, all preparations in Hue City have been completed, ready for a serious, fair, and regulation-compliant exam.
