The 2025 National Sports Championship for the Disabled were held from September 7 to 14 in Ho Chi Minh City. All athletes from Hue City won medals at the event.

On the morning of September 4, the opening ceremonies of three major international events, including the 19th International Travel Expo Ho Chi Minh City (ITE HCMC), Export Conference 2025, and the event “Connecting International Goods Supply Chain” officially took place at Saigon Exhibition and Convention Center (SECC). Hue participated in the event with the joint stall of three localities Quang Tri - Hue - Danang.

On the afternoon of August 26, at Ho Chi Minh Museum, Huong Giang Poetry Association of Hue City held a poetry and music program to commemorate the 80th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day (September 2).

At the Central and Southern Vietnam finals of the STEM Robotics Robotacon WRO 2025, held recently in Ho Chi Minh City, the Eureka - Lego team from Eureka Center - Hue claimed the championship title in the B0 category for ages 6-10. With this victory, the team has officially secured a spot in the international competition in Singapore this November.

On August 4th, the Youth Union and Student Association of the University of Sciences, Hue University, in coordination with the “Song de tim nhau” (“Live to find each other”) volunteer club (Ho Chi Minh City) and the Youth Union of Long Quang Commune, donated school supplies and essential goods to students in this underprivileged area.

On the afternoon of July 25, Hue Central Hospital hosted the workshop titled “KMOLs - Communication Skills Training for Healthcare Experts as Social Influencers”. The event was jointly organized by Hue Central Hospital, University Medical Center Ho Chi Minh City, and RMIT University Vietnam.

On June 25, Vice Chairmen of Hue City People’s Committee, including Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh, Mr. Nguyen Chi Tai, and Mr. Hoang Hai Minh, conducted field inspections and working sessions with local authorities regarding preparations and operation of the two-level local government model. Leaders from relevant departments and sectors also attended the working sessions.

In the second phase of the 2025 Aptitude Test organized by Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, Mai Quang Minh Tri, a grade 12th student specialized in mathematics at Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted, earned the highest score with 1.122 points.

On the morning of June 12, Ho Chi Minh City Book Distribution Joint Stock Company - FAHASA - held the grand opening ceremony for the FAHASA Song Huong Bookstore at Vincom Plaza Hue Commercial Center.

After nearly three months, the ceramic art creation camp on the theme “Hue with Uncle Ho”, organized by Ho Chi Minh Museum in Hue City, closed on the afternoon of May 30.
