40 artists, including lecturers and students from the University of Arts, the University of Sciences (Hue University), along with other painters and architects, participated in a creative program titled Sketching French Architectural Heritage and Cultural-Historical Relics in Hue.

On the afternoon of April 22, at Tang Tho Pavilion heritage site (No. 344 Dinh Tien Hoang Street, Phu Xuan Ward), Hue Monuments Conservation Center officially opened the exhibition titled “The Nguyen Dynasty’s Nine Urns: Documentary Heritage Through Images and Archival Materials - A Digital Experiential Approach to Heritage Education”.

With the theme “Echoes of Books - Resonance of Heritage” a contest exploring the Hue Bookcase, jointly organized by the Hue City Department of Culture and Sports, Hue Institute for Development Studies, and the Institute of Digital Transformation and Learning Resources (Hue University), will take place from April 22 to May 25.

On the morning of April 18, the Kun Marathon Hue 2026 officially kicked off at Ngo Mon Square, attracting more than 2,500 young runners from various provinces and cities across the country. Kun Marathon Hue 2026 was held in response to the VnExpress Marathon Hue 2026 (scheduled for April 19). In addition to the familiar 700-meter run combined with obstacle challenges set within Hue’s heritage space, this year’s event carried the message “Protect All Species” and incorporated a series of educational and experiential environmental activities.

On the morning of April 11, at Secret Affairs Institute - Tam Toa Complex, Hue Monuments Conservation Center, in coordination with Hue Museum of Royal Antiquities, Hai Ba Trung High School, and Nguyen Hue High School, organized a heritage education program titled “Reforms of Emperor Minh Mang”, in celebration of Vietnam Book and Reading Culture Day (April 21).

Nearly 200 years since EmperorMinh Mang ordered the casting, the Nine Dynastic Urns were successfully created in 1837; the value of the national treasure, the Nine Dynastic Urns, has surpassed the stature of the nation and the era, worthy of being a heritage of humanity.

Through learning, vivid visual experiences, and "seeing and hearing" have helped students not only understand more about Hue's heritage recognized by the world, but also foster the love for their homeland and appreciate the precious heritage and cultural values of the nation.
