Hue Monuments of Conservation Center is gradually building up a huge heritage archive, which is known as a foundation for a model of smart heritage management, which not only preserves but also creates new values for the work of cultural - economic development.

On the morning of November 21st, at the Nguyen Dynasty’s Privy Council, or Co Mat Vien (Tam Toa), Hue Monuments Conservation Center, in collaboration with the University of Arts - Hue University, held the opening of a series of exhibitions and displays in celebration of the 20th anniversary of Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day (November 23rd).

On the occasion of Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day (November 23), Hue Monuments of Conservation Center will offer free entrance to the heritage sites under the Hue Complex of Monuments to all Vietnamese citizens.

Hue is changing every day through its bridges. From the more-than-120-year-old Truong Tien Bridge reflecting the city’s heritage, to Phu Xuan, Nguyen Hoang, Da Vien, Thuan An, Tam Giang, etc., these bridges not only connect the roads of Hue but also symbolize the city’s reach toward the future.

Coming to Hue as part of the “2025 International Art Workshop and Exhibition”, artists immersed themselves directly in the heritage life of the Ancient Capital to find material for creation. Through their lens, the heritage appeared differently: vibrant, transformative, and ready to accompany contemporary art.

For Hue City, a land rich in cultural heritage, local specialties, and traditional crafts, e-commerce is opening new pathways and laying the foundation for sustainable economic growth.

The event titled “Hue - Innovation for Sustainable Development” (Hue Innovation Day 2025) and the forum “Developing Private Economy in Connection with Heritage Economy Development in Hue” were recently held, opening new perspectives on harnessing heritage values as an economic resource. Out of a love for cultural heritage, Vo Tran Minh Thu, a 12th-grade student at Hai Ba Trung High School, has turned her passion for research into modern technological applications to bring heritage closer to the community, especially the younger generation.
