On the evening of November 21, the city’s Union of Science and Technology Associations, in coordination with the Department of Science & Technology, Hue University, the Labor Federation, Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, and other related units, organized the closing ceremony and award presentation for the 15th Hue City Technical Innovation Contest 2025.

On the morning of November 20th, at Hue City Employment Service Center, the Department of Employment (Ministry of Home Affairs), in coordination with the National Employment Service Center and Employment Service Centers in regional localities, organized an offline-online hybrid job fair, simultaneously connecting with Quang Tri, Da Nang, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, and Quang Ngai. On the afternoon of November 14th, at 119 Van Xuan, Hue City Red Cross, in coordination with Kim Long Ward People’s Committee and the Ward Fatherland Front Committee, distributed 100 relief packages to local residents heavily impacted by the recent floods. On October 21, the Luxembourg Project Management Board, in coordination with Maries Co., Ltd., organized an event to announce activities within the framework of Project VIE/039 “Initiative to enhance the capacity of women working in Bang grass (Lepironia articulata) handicraft, contributing to preserving the traditional craft and creating sustainable livelihoods in Phong Binh (now Phong Dinh Ward), Hue City”.

On October 20, A Dot Border Guard Station, in coordination with the local authority of A Luoi 4 Commune and a collective of philanthropists from Ba Ria Ward, Ho Chi Minh City, organized a program to give 800 gifts to students and people in difficult circumstances in the area.

The Coast Guard Region 2 Command, in coordination with the Department of Education and Training of Hue City, the Propaganda Department, and the Mass Mobilization Committee of Hue City Party Committee, has launched an online contest titled “I Love My Homeland’s Seas and Islands” for the 2025-2026 academic year. The contest is aimed at Secondary school students from seven coastal communes and wards in Hue City.

On October 17, Hue Odonto-Stomatology Hospital, in coordination with A Luoi Medical Center, organized a training course titled “Enhancing knowledge for school oral healthcare staff in 2025”, for school healthcare staff from the communes of A Luoi 1, 2, 3, 4, and A Luoi 5.

On the afternoon of October 15th, Hue City Department of Education and Training held a coordination meeting to review preparations for the live broadcast of the 25th “Road to Mount Olympia” Grand Final. This is a highly anticipated television programs among students and audiences nationwide, which will take place on the morning of October 26th.
