On the morning of December 20, at Hue Central Hospital, Vietnam Association for the Study of Liver Diseases (VASLD), and Vietnamese Society of Hepato Biliary Pancreatic Surgery (VSHBPS), in collaboration with Hue Central Hospital, held the opening ceremony of the 18th National Conference of VASLD & VSHBPS with the theme “Promotion of developing for technical progress”, and simultaneously launched the Minimally Invasive Treatment for HBP Chapter of VASLD.

On December 19, Hue Central Hospital held the opening ceremony for the 2025 Central Hospital Directors Club annual conference, themed “Hospital management thinking in the digital transformation era”.

This is one of many outstanding achievements shared at the Review Conference for the Visit Vietnam Year - Hue 2025. The conference was organized by the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism (MoCST) in coordination with Hue City People's Committee on the morning of December 19.

That was the theme of the First National Scientific Conference for Law Students in 2025, held by the network of Law Training Institutions in Vietnam, in collaboration with the University of Law, Hue University; Hanoi Law University, and Ho Chi Minh University of Industry and Trade on December 19.

On the afternoon of December 17, Vietnam National Authority of Tourism, in coordination with the Tourism Development Support Fund and the Department of Tourism of Hue City, organized the National Conference on Net Zero Tourism in Hue. Attending the event was Mr. Tran Huu Thuy Giang, Vice Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee.

On the afternoon of December 17, Hue City Women Entrepreneurs Association organized a trade connection conference themed “Breakthrough to success - Shining together”.

On the afternoon of December 15, Hue City Department of Health organized a conference to transfer the commune and ward health stations, in their current condition, from the medical centers to the Commune-level People's Committees for management. This is an important step to implement the City People's Committee's decisions on consolidating the organizational model of grassroots healthcare, towards improving management efficiency and promoting the role of local authorities in primary healthcare for People.

On the afternoon of December 15th, at the conference hall of Hue City People’s Committee, Vietnam Airlines (Vietnam National Airlines Corporation) presented financial and in-kind support of 1 billion VND and 2,000 warm blankets in total to Hue City to help address damage caused by recent storms and flooding.

On the afternoon of December 15, Hue City Department of Health, in coordination with Campaign for Tobacco-Free Kids in Vietnam and Hue Help, held a conference to share a summary and evaluation of the results of the Child Drowning Prevention Project during the 2024-2025 period, while also calling for investment sponsorship for the next phase.

On the morning of December 9, Prime Minister Pham Minh Chinh chaired an online conference to hear reports on the progress of Quang Trung Campaign - an accelerated drive to rebuild and repair homes for families whose houses were collapsed, swept away, or severely damaged during the recent storms and floods.
