Over 200 scientists attend National Scientific Conference on catalysis and adsorption

HNN.VN - From August 6 to 8, the University of Sciences, Hue University, in coordination with the Vietnam Association of Catalysis and Adsorption, organized the 13th National Scientific Conference under the theme ‘Catalysis and adsorption for the development of national strategic technologies’.

The conference drew more than 200 scientists and leading experts, alongside a large number of lecturers, doctoral candidates, and students from research institutes and universities nationwide.

At the conference, 15 thematic presentations were delivered, focusing on topics such as energy transition; technical limitations of renewable fuels; the development of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) in Vietnam; catalysis and adsorption for achieving Net Zero emissions target; and the development of advanced materials and interdisciplinary applications, etc.

In addition to presenting new research findings, the presentations also opened up directions for research and collaboration in the coming time. The conference serves as a forum for scientists, experts, and researchers to exchange academic knowledge and share experience, contributing to the development and application of catalytic systems and adsorption materials in national strategic technologies, meeting the demands of energy transition, sustainable development, and the realization of the Net Zero target.
