Hue City is selected by the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism as one of seven cities implementing the "Creative Cities Network Development Project", within the UNESCO Creative Cities Network (UCCN). According to experts, this is both opportunity and challenge.

A Roang is a border commune of A Luoi district, which is about 90km away from Hue city center. People living here are mainly the Ta Oi people. Being located at the foot of the majestic Truong Son Mountain, A Roang was once a poor and extremely difficult place to travel to. However, it is now an attractive destination for visitors who love the rustic beauty of people and villages in wild mountains and forests, or immersing themselves in waterfalls and lakes in the middle of mountains and forests.

Being 10km away to the Southeast of Hue City Center, Quang Loi Lagoon is one of the lagoons belonging to Tam Giang lagoon system (the biggest brackish water lagoon in Southeast Asia).

The early days of autumn are also the time when the whole family of Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Man, who is now 48 years old (residing at 26 Pham Tu Street, Huong Long Ward, Hue City) and a team of workers rushing to complete a large number of lanterns for timely delivery to customers in Binh Dinh and some southern provinces.

Lately, I've found a fondness for evening walks or drives around the city, as the city comes alive and becomes quite interesting at night. Hue City, with its Perfume River, Ngu Mountain, and harmonious natural landscapes and beautiful heritage, attracts tourists by its peace and antiquity, being a destination for culture enthusiasts.

On the morning of September 29, Hue City People’s Committee coordinated with Germany Agency for International Cooperation (GIZ) and HealthBridge Organization (Canada) held a consultation workshop to receive opinions for the draft master plan for bicycle traffic development in Hue City.

On the morning of September 27, Hue City People's Committee opened an exhibition space themed "Colors on the fifteenth day of the eighth lunar month".

A publication set, titled "Mysterious Hue", consists of three books namely: “Hue, the mystery” (by Louis Chochod), “Gia Long Mausoleum” (by Léopold Cadière), and “The collection of maps and sites in Hue Imperial City” (by Henri Cosserat and Léopold Cadière).

The above goal was proposed and discussed by experts at the conference "UNESCO Creative Cities Network and the ability to transform cultural resources in Hue" organized by the Vietnam National Institute of Culture and Arts coordinated with the Institute for Development Studies of Thua Thien Hue province on the morning of September 22 in Hue city.

The Provincial Farmers' Association coordinated with Hue City People's Committee to organize the second agricultural product fair in 2023, which took place from the late afternoon of September 22.
