On September 17 - 18, in Hue City, the Ministry of Agriculture and Environment, together with the Department of Dike Management and Natural Disaster Prevention and Control, in collaboration with UNICEF held a seminar with the theme “Training on Child-Centered Communication in the Situations of Natural Disasters”.

On the morning of August 28, the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University coordinated with French Agriculture Research Center for International Development (CIRAD) held the 2nd International Seminar titled “Bioprotection in Sustainable Agriculture - ICBPSA” in 2025.

On May 24, the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University, organized a “Job Fair” in 2025.

In the framework of the 2025 Open Day Festival, on April 13, the University of Agriculture and Forestry welcomed teachers and 150 students from Nguyen Chi Thanh High school.

For Hue and Hue people the Thanh tra tree has been named for hundreds of years now. Over time, this speciality fruit tree is gradually degenerating and becomes weakened. Dr. La Thi Thu Hang, an expert on agriculture at University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University, has succeeded in introducing “high-tech” Thanh tra trees to many gardeners in Hue.

On November 29, the Department of Agriculture and Rural Development collaborated with the Provincial Young Entrepreneurs Association to hold a training program on promoting and enhancing OCOP product trading through e-commerce platforms.

On the morning of November 2, the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University opened the “Career orientation and opportunities fair for animal science and veterinary medicine 2024” for students of the University’s Faculty of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine.
