Thua Thien Hue Union of Friendship Organizations holds 2018 mission launch meeting

On the morning of August 28, the University of Agriculture and Forestry, Hue University coordinated with French Agriculture Research Center for International Development (CIRAD) held the 2nd International Seminar titled “Bioprotection in Sustainable Agriculture - ICBPSA” in 2025.

That was the theme of the national-level scientific conference organized on June 21 by the Union of Science and Technology Associations of Hue City (Union of Associations) in collaboration with the Department of Health, the Department of Science and Technology, Hue Central Hospital, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University, the Public Health and Preventive Medicine Association, and the Infectious Diseases Association of the city. The event gathered leading experts in health, environment, and agriculture - forestry from Vietnam and abroad.

On the morning of May 23rd, the Faculty of Environment, University of Sciences, Hue University in collaboration with Green IN Vietnam Joint Stock Company, organized a communication program called “Sustainable Energy in Response to Climate Change.”

In the early days of December, in Phong Chuong Commune, Phong Dien District, more than 100 local people have set out to grow indigenous forest to restore the environment in sandy area.

On November 10, Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Nguyen Van Phuong had a meeting with Mrs. Ramla Al Khalidi, Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) on the occasion of starting her working term in Vietnam.
