The session marked an important transition from the preparation phase to the implementation phase, following the completion of the inception assessment with broad participation from relevant agencies and units. It also provided an opportunity for the parties to exchange views, review, and refine the proposed contents.

Mr. Hoang Hai Minh, Vice Chairman of the City People's Committee, highly evaluated the quality of the reports, particularly the inception assessment results, which helped update the institutional context, clearly identify climate risks, and propose appropriate adjustments tailored to local practical conditions.

The city leader also requested the Luxembourg Project Management Board and Office to urgently finalize the project adjustment documents based on the agreed contents for submission to the Green Climate Fund for official approval, and to promptly implement priority activities in the first year.

On the local side, Hue City commits to continuing to create favorable conditions and to closely coordinate with partners to ensure the project is implemented effectively, on schedule, and in line with local realities.
