From now to the end of this year, the rural industrial facilities will be provided with modern equipment for production, building the model of cleaner production, designing and upgrading product designs; giving priority to supporting production facilities under the program of developing trademarks of agricultural products, specialities and handicraft products; transferring technology, applying cleaner production models and treating environmental pollution in industrial production.

This capital is also used to provide vocational training for rural labors and assist facilities in promotion of their products in fairs and exhibitions at home and abroad.
