Student from Quoc Hoc - Hue High School once again tops the aptitude test

HNN.VN - In the second phase of the 2025 Aptitude Test organized by Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, Mai Quang Minh Tri, a grade 12th student specialized in mathematics at Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted, earned the highest score with 1.122 points.

His individual component scores are as follows: Vietnamese - 278 points, English - 260 points, Mathematics - 300 points, and Scientific Reasoning - 284 points. With this score, Minh Tri also became the second-highest scorer in the history of this examination.

Minh Tri is the third student from Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted to top the Aptitude Test, following Phan Le Thuc Bao (2023) and Phan Phuoc Thien Quang (2024), both of whom also specialized in mathematics.

Among them, Phan Le Thuc Bao holds the record for the highest score ever achieved in the Aptitude Test organized by Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, with 1.133 out of 1.200 points, achieved in the 2023 exam. This year, Phan Le Thuc Bao, currently a Computer Science sophomore at the University of Science, Vietnam National University Ho Chi Minh City, also became the top scorer in the first phase of the 2025 Aptitude Test with 1.060 points.
