Speaking at the launch ceremony, Mr. Nguyen Huu Phuoc, Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training, emphasised the important role of vocational education in developing human resources to meet socio-economic development needs amid constant changes in the labour market. He said that alongside improving training quality, greater efforts were needed to communicate relevant laws and policies, raise public awareness of vocational education and help students make suitable career choices.

Mr. Phuoc called on agencies, organizations and educational institutions to promote the contest, explain its rules and provide guidance and support for officials, teachers and students to participate seriously, honestly and in accordance with the regulations.

The Department of Education and Training also asked general schools to integrate the contest into their career guidance and student streaming activities, helping students better understand their career options, educational pathways and employment opportunities. Vocational education institutions were encouraged to strengthen cooperation with general schools in career counselling and introduce training programs suited to students' abilities, interests and labour market demand.

Each week, the Organizing Board plan to award three individual prizes: one First prize, one Second prize and one Third prize. Group prizes will also be presented to agencies, organizations and educational institutions that demonstrate outstanding performance in promoting, organizing and participating in the contest.
