Chairman Phan Ngoc Tho praised the active participation of the executive committees of the Party hierarchy, and the authorities of Hue City and Huong Thuy Town in urban embellishment and environmental sanitation. At the same time, he asked Hue City and Huong Thuy Town to work together to deploy the work and propagate to the locals, so as to create a synchronization of the landscape of the route from Phu Bai International Airport to Hue City.

In 2019, the province focuses on directing the implementation of greenery planting and embellishing some highlight works along the section of National Highway 1A from Phu Bai to Hue City, restoring the order to manage the use of sidewalks, constructing the landscape system, as well as combining planting flowers, and launching the Green Sunday campaign, focusing on the route An Duong Vuong - Nguyen Tat Thanh.

On that basis, the Chairman of Provincial People's Committee asked the provincial police to direct the police of Hue City and Huong Thuy Town to set up specific plans, and coordinate with the local authorities to deploy working teams, and build the route with traffic safety and urban order. Besides, he asked Hue Urban Environment to coordinate with Public Works Joint Stock Company (HEPCO) to collect waste regularly, review, repair and upgrade the garbage collection equipment system on the route so as to ensure the public landscape.

In addition, the localities were asked to have plans to invest in public camera systems, deploy smart solutions to monitor and supervise the security and order, traffic safety, urban order, and environmental sanitation.
