The program is implemented to give free breakfast breads to poor workers, as well as students with difficult circumstances in the area of Hue City. After the first 2 hours of implementation, 120 loaves of breads worth 10.000 VND/each were given to cyclo drivers, lottery ticket sellers, and patients of Hue Central Hospital.

According to the representative of the Provincial Business Association, in the short term, this activity will be held regularly by the association every Monday morning from 6:30 to 8:30 at No.51 Hai Ba Trung St., Vinh Ninh Ward, Hue City. The plan for the coming time is expected to expand the scale to some other locations in the area of Hue City so that the poor laborers, and students with difficult circumstances can get easier access to this support.
