On the morning of December 8th, the Department of Tourism in collaboration with the technology alliance, including VinHMS, CHILI, ODS, and MIFI organized a seminar themed "Digital transformation - Small changes, Great benefits".
In recent times, the tourism industry of Thua Thien Hue Province has found solutions to exploit and promote tourism development in which digital transformation is considered an important task. However, it’s still facing difficulties and challenges related to thinking patterns, awareness, technology and human resources’ capabilities.
Through the seminar, the program offered a support package integrating many cutting-edge solutions, making the process of business management and operation of tourism enterprises simple and fast. Some viable solutions includeCiTravel hotel management software, a corporate website named CHILI with booking services add-on that connects directly to VinHMS's system, and the development of the affordable CloudFone virtual switchboard from ODS.
