The outstanding works were selected for bestowing awards and putting on exhibition

The contest attracted over 100 children from orphanage centers, and child protection centers, as well as students from gifted drawing classes, etc. In their own perspectives, the children depicted the beauty of Hue heritage with different emotions, in the spirit of promoting the beauty of Hue heritage to everyone.

The organizing committee also selected many outstanding works to be awarded and exhibited right in the space of the Cecile Le Pham Art Museum.

The Cecile Le Pham Art Museum is the fifth non-public museum in the province, which officially came into operation exactly one year ago.

The museum space consists of two floors and a garden, with a total area of approximately 400 square meters. The first floor of the museum displays the theme of phap lam (vitreous enamel) art and a collection of decorative objects from Vietnam, Japan, and France. In this space, there are nearly 200 handicrafts from Vietnam, China, Japan, and France made around the late 19th and early 20th centuries. These artifacts are mainly decorative items, worshiping items, and household items made of materials such as stone, bronze, wood, paper, cloth, ceramics, and the phap lam, etc., and by sophisticated hand-crafting techniques, with many unique aesthetic and artistic values.

All of the artifacts on display at the museum are the result of nearly 30 years of collecting by Ms. Cecile Le Pham (a French Vietnamese), the owner of the museum.
