Hue proposes to recognize two more national treasures

HNN.VN - Hue Monuments Conservation Center and the History Museum have proposed to recognize the national treasures for two objects which are "Ngu kien Thien Mu Tu" stele and Champa Linh Thai tower's pyramid and base.

The "Ngu kien Thien Mu Tu" stele is currently being preserved at Thien Mu Pagoda, one of the artifacts of Nguyen Phuc Chu period, assembled by two large stone plates (white marble and gray sandstone). The forehead of stele is carved and embossed with Chinese characters; its body is also carved.

Champa Linh Thai tower's pyramid and base are in Vinh Hien commune, Phu Loc district. The tower's pyramid is made of monolith, its base is made of sandstone and the four faces are stylized with 8 lotus petals in bloom.

The dossier of these two objects has been approved by the Department of Culture and Sports and submitted to competent authorities for recognition.
