Chairman Nguyen Van Phuong expressed his pleasure to welcome Ms. Dong Bich Du. The Chairman hopes that, as the Chinese Consul General in Da Nang, Ms. Dong Bich Du will pay attention, support, and act as a bridge to further promote the cooperative relationship between Vietnam and China in general and between Thua Thien Hue and Chinese localities in particular; especially, support the realization of cooperative activities within the framework of memorandums of understanding signed between Thua Thien Hue province and Zhejiang province; support promotion and connection of Hue city and Chinese localities such as Zhengzhou, Ngoc Lam, etc.
